UT512D Uni-T High Voltage Insulation Resistance Tester

The Uni-T UT512D High Voltage Insulation Resistance Tester is an advanced digital measurement device, designed for use in demanding environments such as power generation, telecommunications and industry. It supports test voltages up to 2500V (250V/500V/1000V/2500 V), allows PI and DAR measurements, and offers automatic discharge, high voltage alarm and data recording functions. Stable measurements over a wide voltage range

The device operates on four test voltage levels, allowing measurement parameters to be adjusted for a specific application. This allows both low-voltage installations and more demanding systems to be tested. The wide range enhances versatility and allows you to use a single tool for different activities

PI and DAR functions in practice

The tester allows the measurement of the polarization index (PI) and the dielectric absorption ratio (DAR). In practice, this means a more accurate assessment of the state of the insulation, which helps to identify potential problems more quickly and prevent system failures
